$1,500 FLAT FEE • ALL DEPARTMENTS INCLUDED

 

For outside clients: coordination of one building-permit application, including all required departmental reviews for that application. Your fee does not increase because another department reviews your plans. No custom quote is required for this package.

 

START MY PERMIT — $750 DEPOSIT

 

Pay $750 to begin. The remaining $750 is due upon permit approval, before delivery of the permit and approved documents.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

 

CivCheck application preparation, assistance with the HNL Build submission process, application preparation and agreed supporting forms, departmental tracking, communication of reviewer comments, and coordination of responses and revised documents.

 

Includes up to 3 coordinated review and resubmission rounds for the original scope. One round means one consolidated resubmission, not each department’s individual review. Additional rounds start at $150 each.

OTHER PERMIT TYPES ARE SEPARATE

 

Trenching, SMA, grading, demolition and other permit types are not included in the $1,500 building-permit package. Each has its own service fee based on the work required. Trenching, SMA and other work-intensive permits carry higher fees. Do not use this building-permit deposit to purchase those services.

 

Government fees, drafting, engineering, surveys and ESCP inspections are separate. Designers are responsible for technical design, drawings and revisions. We can provide referrals; you select and hire the professional directly.

ESCP / APPENDIX B & COORDINATOR SERVICES

 

Permitted projects with more than 120 square feet of ground disturbance generally require an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP), unless they qualify for a Minor Development exception. Appendix B is the small-project ESCP template; the required documentation depends on the project category. Certain work, including retaining walls, fence walls and driveway aprons, can require an ESCP even below 120 square feet.

 

Projects requiring an ESCP must designate a certified ESCP Coordinator. Qualifying Minor Development projects are generally exempt from ESCP requirements but must still follow applicable erosion-control and BMP requirements.

 

BPUSA LLC provides ESCP Coordinator services separately, including site inspections, reports and inspector notifications. ESCP Coordinator services are not included in the $1,500 building-permit coordination package and carry a separate service fee.
