Use the member icon in the header to sign up or log in. Your account menu provides My Account, My Orders and My Subscriptions.

 

Submit each property or project separately. For a revised plan set, reuse the project name or BPUSA LLC reference and explain what changed. BPUSA LLC reviews your documents and sends the completed PDF report to your account email.

Contractor Report Membership — $249 per month

Includes 4 CivCheck reports and 2 full plan scan and comment reports per billing month across your projects. Each submitted plan set uses one credit for the requested report type. Permit routing, design revisions and agency fees are separate.

 

One-time reports remain available: $59 for a CivCheck report per submission and $99 for a full plan scan and comment report.
