We offer commercial building permit facilitation and document preparation services for you to get your building permit as soon as possible. Times are variable depending on the city system and we cannot guarantee any time limit, but we will do our best to move it along as quickly as possible. We work with various city, county, and parishes in states nationwide. Owners and/or contractors are responsible for the fees associated with your permit. Our fixed fee for a Commercial Building Permit is $1500 for our services. We will start your project for half down $750 (which is nonrefundable). Once your permit is approved, the final payment of $750 will be payable. Once payment is received, we will send you the permit and the approved plans and documents.
We facilitate the Residential Building Permit Proces from beginning to end! Conducting the permit process working with various agencies, cities, counties, parishes in various states nationwide to assist in obtaining your building permit. We do not guarantee a time limit for the process as it depends on the process in each state. However, we do guarantee that we will consistently keep constant communication with all involved to keep the process moving along. The Owner or Contractor are responsible for city and county fees associated with your permit. The fixed fee of $1200 that we charge is for the Residential Building Permit services we provide. Half or $600 is required and is non refundable at the start of the building permit process. You will need to submit to us a set of pdf plans and pay all fees associated with the permit. Once the permit is processed and approved. We will bill you the final $600 and once paid will send the permit and approved plans and documents to you by email.
